Shipping
Your order will ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted. We currently offer flat $5 shipping to the US and Canada. Delivery timing will vary by your destination. If you’re in a hurry, we offer USPS Priority Mail Express.
We will send a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Customers outside of the US and Canada will be responsible for shipping costs.
Customers outside of the US will be responsible for any applicable duty and tax fees (see International Orders section for more details).
Return Policy
We accept returns on unworn products, and return shipping is free for customers in the US and Canada — unless otherwise noted on the product page. To initiate a return, please send us an email at hello@wildershop.com within 7 days of your Wilder delivery. We will email you back a prepaid return label to print.
Customers must postmark their shipment within 7 days of receiving the label in order to qualify for a refund or a credit.
Products marked as Final Sale will not be accepted for returns — store credit and refunds are invalid on all Final Sale goods.
Other sale or marked-down products may not be not eligible for refunds, however store credit may be offered instead. These refund exemptions will be clearly marked on product pages.
Items eligible for return must be in new, unworn condition. Pack the product carefully and securely in the original packaging. To issue a refund or credit, there can be no signs of wear to the uppers or outsoles. We highly recommend trying on your shoes on a carpeted surface to keep the leather from scuffing. Any returned items showing signs of wear are ineligible for a refund/credit and will be reshipped to the sender.
Returns initiated outside of the 7-day window post-delivery may be eligible for a store credit. However, products exempt from refunds — those marked as store credit only — must be returned within the 7-day window. If a return is attempt in this case, the product will be reshipped to the sender. Please email us at hello@wildershop.com with the date of purchase and reason for return.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, notify us at hello@wildershop.com within 3 days of delivery.
Customers outside of the US and Canada will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within one week after the return has been received and inspected. We will send a confirmation email when this is complete. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
Please note that the original shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges
We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like another item, please return your original purchase for a full refund and visit our website to place a new order.
Fit Guide
Leather Care
Wilder shoes are made from premium leathers. The natural, vegetable-dyed tanning process on vachetta leather creates some variation in the leather color and slight markings on the material is normal. These are natural characteristics of vachetta, not defects. Vachetta, nubuck and suede are vulnerable to water damage and tonal changes from sun exposure. Please avoid contact with water to prolong the life of your shoes. Occasional use of a wax free leather conditioner will help prevent vachetta leather from drying out.

Customers outside of the US and Canada will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
PLEASE NOTE: Any additional taxes or import fees levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Wilder is not responsible, and cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to determine if any additional charges will be applied to your order.
